Organizer for GeminiTerms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Organizer for Gemini Chrome extension and this website, operated by an independent solo developer based in China ("we", "us"). By installing the extension or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
The extension adds folders, bulk delete and export features to gemini.google.com. The free plan includes up to 5 folders, bulk delete and Markdown export. Pro adds unlimited folders; PDF export (coming soon) will be added to Pro in a future update and is not available yet.
2. Licenses and payment
Pro is offered as a monthly subscription (about US$5/month) or a one-time lifetime license (about US$39); the price shown at checkout applies. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, which handles billing and payment details; we never see or store your full card details. After purchase, Pro is unlocked by entering the email address used at checkout. A license is for personal use by one person and may be activated on a limited number of browsers; you may not resell or share it publicly.
3. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; Pro remains active until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime licenses are valid for the lifetime of the product, including future updates.

5. Acceptable use
You must use the extension in compliance with applicable laws and Google's terms for Gemini. Bulk delete is permanent on Google's side; you are responsible for the actions you take.
6. Third-party services
Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. This extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Changes to Gemini's website may temporarily affect features; we will make reasonable efforts to update the extension.
7. Disclaimer
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. We may revoke licenses obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.
