Organizer for Gemini ("the extension", "we") is a Chrome extension that adds folders, bulk delete and export to gemini.google.com. It is built to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what data the extension handles.
Data that stays on your device
- Folder names, folder assignments and cached chat titles are stored in your browser's local extension storage (
chrome.storage.local). They are not synced or uploaded. - Exports (Markdown .md files and ZIP archives) are generated inside your browser and saved directly to your downloads folder.
- Bulk delete works by operating Gemini's own on-page controls in your tab. The extension does not read your Google cookies or tokens and does not call Google APIs.
The only data sent to our server
If you activate a Pro license, the email address you paid with and a random per-installation instance ID are sent to our license server, which checks it against the purchase records our third-party payment provider sends us. This happens on activation, deactivation and about once a day for re-validation. No chat content, titles or browsing data is ever included.
Payments
Purchases are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, which collects your email, billing and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order information to unlock Pro for that email and provide support. We never see or store your full card details.
What we don't do
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or remote code.
- We don't sell or share your data. We never see your conversations.

This website
This website is static and does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (e.g. IP address) for security.
Removing data
Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of purchase-related records, email us.
Children
The extension is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy; the date above will change accordingly.
