14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — for both monthly subscriptions (first payment or the most recent renewal) and lifetime licenses. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email forestfeng777@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order ID (from your purchase receipt). Refunds are issued through our payment provider to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are generally non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong — we handle exceptional cases (e.g. duplicate charges, product not working) fairly.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

License deactivation

Once a refund is issued, Pro is deactivated for the associated purchase email.
